Introdcution
Wire drawing machien is the equipment to drawing the steel rod to smaller diameter wire. Pulley type wire drawing machine is a non-slip dry wire drawing machine that can accumulate wires and work continuously. The model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service time.
Our WLS550 model is a high-speed and low-noise pulley wire drawing machine, which can draw various grade metal wires(SAE1008/Q195, SAE1006/Q235)
The working process
The wire drawing machine is composed of the drawing part and the coiling part. The drawing part is composed of the drawing wheel, the mold holder and the drawing mold. After the wire passes through the drawing mold, the wire is wound on the drawing wheel(block). When the drawing wheel and the coiling wheel are running, the coiling wheel provides the traction tension of the wire. Under the traction tension, the wire is wound through the drawing wheel to make the wire pass through the drawing mold, making the wire continuously from big diamter to smaller diameter, so as to obtain the wire with different diamters.

Wire drawing machine maintenance：
- Before starting each time, add lubricating oil regularly, fixedly and quantitatively. The oil should be clean and free of sediment.
- The machine tool must always be kept clean, and the unpainted part of anti-rust grease.
- The lubricating oil in the motor bearing shall be replaced and filled regularly, and the electrical parts shall be regularly checked for normal, safe and reliable operation.
- Regularly check whether the V-belt, handle, knob and key are damaged, replace them in time if they are seriously worn, and report spare parts for supplement.
- Regularly check and repair the switch, fuse and handle to ensure their reliable operation. Lubricate and scrub the machine tool 10 minutes before work every day.
