Introdcution
Thread rolling machine is to make ring shank nails or screw shank nails, which is a necessary equipment for coil nails. You can get different shank type of nails (ring shank nails and screw shank nails) by using different thread rolling mould.
Working process:
First you need prcoduce the wire nails by nail making machines and then polish the nails by polishing machine. And then put the polished wire nails into the vibrating plate, and then the nails enters the rolling forming system in order along the guide rail through the vibrating bowl. The nails with the ring/screw shank come out from the rolling forming system, and these nails are the basic items to make coil nails.
