Introdcution:
Coil nail making machine is also called coil nail collator, which is an automatic welding equiment to make coil nails.
The working process:
1. Put the different types of nails (smooth shank nails, ring shank nails and screw shank nails ) on the vibration plate and then the loose nails will be arranged in order by the vibration plate.
2. The aranged nails passes through the lower track into the welding wheel and the two copper-plated wires are welded into a row of nails, and then automatically rolled into rolls (flat top type and tower shape) by the automatic oil dipping, rust prevention, drying and counting mechanism, and automatically cut off according to the set number of each roll.
3. The workers band the rubber bands by hand.
